Stroll through the streets of Watters Creek Village filled with over 80 talented local and visiting artists and craftsmen showcasing their unique creations. From stunning paintings and intricate sculptures to handcrafted jewelry and textiles, there’s something for every art lover!

 Bier Tasting-

• Purchase a ticket to receive a commemorative Crafts & Drafts beer stein and over ten seasonal craft beers at Watters Creek Village restaurants throughout the weekend.
• Be eligible to enter the Masskrugstemmen (stein-holding contest)
• Enter to win prizes from participating restaurants
• Proceeds benefit the Allen Arts Alliance

 Masskrugstemmen (Stein-Holding Contests)

• Crafts & Drafts Beer Festival Ticket Holders can enter a stein-holding competition each day.
• Winners from each day's contest will face off in a Finals Masskrugstemmen on Sunday afternoon.

 Feen-Schnitzeljagd  (Fairy Door Scavenger Hunt)

• A fun activity for the whole family - search for the hand-painted fairy doors around Watters Creek Village during the festival.
• Pick up a scavenger hunt map (Schnitzeljagdkarte) at Color Me Mine
• Find as many fairy doors (Feentüren) as you can throughout the festival and vote for your favorite!
• Return the map to Color Me Mine to claim a prize, then enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
• Want to create a fairy door for the Scavenger Hunt? Visit Color Me Mine before September 15th, paint a fairy door ($30), and leave it for the Scavenger Hunt. $15 from each door will be donated to the Allen Arts Alliance. Doors can be picked up at Color Me Mine after the festival.

Pretzel Throwing Contests- 

• Kids are invited to participate in the daily Pretzel-Throwing Contests for prizes

Costume Contests- 

• Men, Women, Kids and Pets are invited to wear their favorite Oktoberfest attire and compete in the Costume Contests for prizes!

Allen Arts Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and advocating for accessible arts education opportunities, supporting local cultural arts organizations, and cultivating a vibrant arts culture locally. We believe that the arts are vital for enriching lives and strengthening community ties right here in our city and all throughout the North Texas area.
