Courtney here from Develop & Empower Consulting, LLC! I am very excited to meet you all for my master class on volunteer management.

I have a lot of strategies and tips that will help prospective elected officials manage their 'entourage' and identify skills among their volunteers. I will go over how to motivate volunteers, delegate tasks, create a management structure and more!

From my many years of experience, I can confidently say that volunteers are the fuel that keep the campaign running. In order to keep volunteers coming back, creativity is needed. I will cover how to keep the momentum going so that they will never leave a candidate's side.

Even if you are not running for office, many of the skills I will be covering—such as preventing burnout, delegating, and motivating people—are transferrable to any given field.

Come with your enthusiasm, questions, pen and notebook. There will be plenty of takeaways!
