About this event

  • 2 hours

Our American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR non-certification course will teach the basic CPR skills for infant/child and adult. You will also learn how to manage choking emergencies. If you're a parent, grandparent, or caregiver/nanny, our baby proofing tips will be helpful. You will learn how to properly activate the 911 system as well as other important phone numbers to have on hand. We will discuss setting up your own first aid kit and prevention and treatment of common first aid emergencies.

You will receive hands on practice on our manikins; however, doing rescue breathing on the manikins is optional.

All of our instructors are AHA certified.
