This is the double-decker building beside the old hospital, which used to be the business office. You will NOT be able to park on the backside of the building, as there is where the ambulances park. If you are unable to ambulate up and around, please call our office and let us know in advance. We will happily help accomodate any needs.

Spanish Options: All Online courses are available in Spanish. Be sure to select "Curso combinado de RCP, DEA y primeros auxilios." This lets us know you will need a Spanish link sent to you. But your in-person skill checks will be done with an English speaking instructor.

If you have a group of 7 or more that need a class in Spanish, please email the coordinator at CPR@LCCH.NET with the number of students you have, along with some dates for the skill checks and we will contact you to set up a course in Spanish.

Once you register for a skills check/class, you will be emailed an activation link within 24 to 48 hours. Use this link to access, and complete your required online training. Online training is done at your own pace and takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. Using a phone to complete this training, is possible, but not very easy. Having access to a computer is the best way to complete the training.

2. Print certificate and bring with you to class.

You will need to complete your online training prior to your skills check. Absolutely no exceptions!

Skills checks will take 1.5 to 2 hours to complete and will be held in the EMS training room of Lake Chelan Health's - Highland Campus 503 E. Highland Ave (old hospital) on the first floor.

As a reminder...

• To enter the building, use the side door on the first floor, closest to the EMS/ambulance garage.

• If you are sick, do not come to class!

If you have any questions, please ask them, before registering for a skills check course.

No refunds. If you need to cancel, you will need to call as soon as possible. You will be allowed to reschedule for the next available skills check date. But the credit will not be extended beyond 30 days from the original scheduled course date.

Una vez que se registre para la verificación / clase de habilidades, se le enviará un código de activación por correo electrónico dentro de los 3 días (la mayoría de las veces dentro de las 24 horas). Use este código para acceder y completar la capacitación en línea requerida. La capacitación en línea se realiza a su propio ritmo y demora de 2 a 3 horas en completarse.

Este curso de RCP y primeros auxilios se realiza a través del Instituto Estadounidense de Seguridad y Salud, y las tarjetas tienen una certificación de 2 años.

Sin reembolsos. Si necesita cancelar, deberá llamar lo antes posible. Se le permitirá reprogramar para la próxima fecha de verificación de habilidades disponible. Pero el crédito no se extenderá más allá de los 30 días a partir de la fecha programada original del curso.
