About this event

This course is designed to help participants identify, recognize and respond to emergencies. Participants will learn how to make appropriate decisions when giving care to an ill or injured person. Participants will practice hands-on techniques required for giving immediate care to a person until advanced medical care arrives. After completing this course, participants will be able to identify an emergency and apply knowledge gained through hands-on illustration of CPR techniques. Hands-on demonstration will be assessed by the instructor.
