Cal Poly Pomona’s Departments of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, their faculty, students and alumni invite you to Firm Day 2017. This event is specifically designed to connect you and your firm with our students!  Firm Day is an opportunity to present your firm and interview CPP ARC and LA students for possible internships and post-graduation employment– here is your chance to hire emerging talent to handle your growing staffing needs.
Firm Day Itinerary

<LI>9:00 am Kick Off + Alumni Remarks</LI>
<LI>9:30 am Interviews Begin</LI>
<LI>12:00 noon Working Lunch (boxed lunches will be dropped at each firms tables)</LI>
<LI>3:00 pm Event Concludes</LI>

The event is open to architecture, landscape architecture, multidisciplinary or any other type of firm interested in students of architecture and landscape architecture.  Upon enrollment, firms will be able to browse student portfolios and résumés online to select the students you wish to interview.  On the day of the event, participating  firms will have several hours to interview preselected students and those you may meet at the event.  
 
This event directly supports the CPP student chapters of the AIA and ASLA.
 
The Departments of Architecture and Landscape Architecture look forward to your particpation!

Where is Cal Poly Pomona? 
Off the 10 Freeway at the 57. 
Where is the event located on campus?
Firm Day is located in the Interim Design Center (IDC), building 89.  The IDC is adjacent to the 10 Freeway off of Kellogg Drive.  You can use the CPP parking map: http://www.cpp.edu/maps/static/
Can I pay by check?
No. Please use the Eventbrite link.
How many students can I expect to interview?
Firms may interview as many students as they preselect or meet at the event.  Firms will be able to preselect through the online résumé and portfolio review potrtal.
May I bring exhibits?
Yes, so long as they can be accommdated on or behind the table(s) purchased.
Is there power and wifi in the IDC?
Yes, there are outlets to share and strong wifi coverage in the IDC.  Please bring your own power strips and short extension cord.
