Frequently asked questions

What if I miss a workshop session or have a scheduling conflict?

We understand that families are busy, and your schedules can change! If you must miss a workshop, that's OK! You can attend a different live workshop session OR watch a pre-recorded video to make up the session(s) that you miss.

What are the next steps after registering on Eventbrite?

Both partners will receive a confirmation email and a TOGETHER case manager will reach out to you directly! Be sure to look out for a text message/phone call to confirm your attendance and a welcome email with instructions on how to join the first workshop.

Please note: couples are only permitted to participate in the program one time.

Please do not attempt to sign up for additional workshops after completing the program with your partner, as we need to allocate space for other couples in need of our services.
