Jennifer Aumeier has been a massage therapist since 2001. She obtained a degree in Health Promotion from Boise State University in 2006. Her passion for wellness is shared through workshop facilitation and massage therapy. Jennifer enjoys spending time snowboarding and hiking in our beautiful Idaho mountains.

<p>In this experiential workshop couples will learn basic massage techniques and enhance communication skills. Couples are in a unique position to learn about each other’s needs and strengthen their relationship through massage. Participants will practice techniques that will build their confidence in relaxing each other at home with no massage table. Perfect for couples that want a healthy date night! Relaxation is good for everyone, this workshop introduces a new way for couples to relax at home with little expense. Wear comfortable clothing. Price is per couple.</p>
