Comfortable clothing like workout clothing or loose fitting clothing that will be comfortable to sit and lay down in.

What should we bring to class?

You can bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you'll need to be comfortable.

Class will be 90 minutes and ill include time to make a take-home bottle of oil, enjoy light refreshments, and socialize with other attendees.
