Learn to give, receive and connect through mindful touch and embodied movement!

In this workshop, you and your partner will learn to give and receive Thai massage in a way that’s fun, easy, and totally approachable - no massage tables, fancy oils, or advanced techniques required. You’ll be on the floor, moving naturally, which makes it easier to connect, give feedback, and really tune into each other’s bodies.

You’ll explore partner-assisted stretches and techniques that help release tension, increase flexibility, and awaken energy. You’ll get to experiment with different ways of giving the techniques - using your hands, your feet, your body weight - so you can find what feels best for you and your partner.

By the end, you’ll know how to support each other’s bodies, move with ease, and deepen your connection in a playful, grounding way.

Come prepared to move and explore together. Comfortable clothing and an open mind are all you need.
