Hey cheese folks – sharpen your pencils and get ready for cheese class! Culture has planned a FREE two-day educational event just for you!

We are bringing you a lineup of cheesemakers ready to present their stories, answer your questions and walk through a tasting of their cheeses. We also have sessions on cheese science and the larger cheese industry as well as a deeper dive into the Art of Mongering sponsored by Sartori, and cheese paper and tools provided by Formaticum and Boska.

Each day of the event will feature different makers and different information. Of course we’d love to see you for both but understand if only one works. Please RSVP accordingly.

At the end of Day 1 we will host a Meet the Maker event. This is a great social networking event with additional tastings, pairings, and even more face time with all the presenters. And free drinks! Separate RSVP required, here.

Throughout each class day, we'll have Tasting Tables stocked with accompaniments, pairing ideas and cheese-friendly products. Plus – a Happy Hour at the end of Day 2 (more drinks!) AND a goody bag filled with cheese-centric swag.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the below start time each day. This will give us time to get you registered and settled before class begins.
