*Filling this form out does not ensure that you will be a counselor at WA Senior Camp. We will contact you if your application has been accepted. Preference will be given to applicants age 21 and older.
**Information provided on registration form will be verified with your pastor. Your pastor must give approval for you to serve as a counselor at Senior Camp.
***If selected to be a counselor, you will also need to fill out a background check form (We will supply this form to you if you are selected).
****Be sure to read the Camp rules and regulations listed on the Supplemental Registration Form. As a counselor, you will be responsible for enforcing and upholding these rules and regulations.
