Welcome to the Counseling & Psychology Renewed Conference! Join us as Sarah Czopek, MS, LCPC, offers an Introduction to Internal Family Systems: Spirit, Self, and Parts.

Sarah will lead us for 3 hours of interactive, curiosity-led learning on the revolutionary Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. This workshop is designed with IFS newbies in mind; we'll teach you the basics of IFS, helping you to identify your protective system and inner burdens. You'll also experience the 8 C's of Self Energy as we explore ways to help parts begin to heal and shift. Attendees can expect a partial "client experience" of the model, along with a solid introduction to the IFS framework through a lens of Christian faith.

Sarah is the Owner and Executive Director of Grace & Gratitude Counseling, PLLC. Sarah is a specialist who is EMDR Certified and has completed IFS (Level 3) training. She typically sees women with Complex PTSD or Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
