Please join us for the "MURPH" HERO WOD to honor fallen Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and to pay homage to those that have fought and died for our freedom.
This event is open to all (members and non-members). All fitness levels welcome. There will be many options to scale, partition, etc. We will help you navigate the best option for you.
Ticket cost for those signing up BY 1:00PM MAY 16, INCLUDES a Murph WOD t-shirt from NextLevel. *Please include your t-shirt size at checkout.*
If signing up AFTER May 16, you will NOT receive a t-shirt but still guaranteed fun and sweat for an awesome cause. Also, your entire reduced ticket will go to the organization chosen in our charity drawing post workout :)
Tickets are sold by heat. First heat starts at 9am. Please arrive 30 minutes before your heat to warm-up. And please, please drink LOTS of water the day before the event. Hydration is very important for this event :)

1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
(Scaling options presented during the warm-up. RX is all movements in a 20lb or 14lb weighted vest or body armor. Please only do the WOD with a vest IF and ONLY IF you are well-hydrated and have trained with a vest leading up to the event.)
We are doing our charity donation a little different this year. Please come prepared with an organization of your choice that you would like the net proceeds from the event to go to. We will collect these and have a drawing post WOD to determine which organization we will be donating to :)
