Day 1 - arrival, yoga with stretching, preparation and sharing circle
Day 2 - walk with a guide to plant medicine ceremony in nature
Day 3 - integration at the Temazcal then yoga nidra sound session
Day 4 - afternoon preparation circle then plant medicine journey
Day 5 - sweet day of integrative practices and a walk to the waterfall
Day 6 - farewells and departure
