Cortex Logic Workshop - Image Processing & Deep Learning - Tools & Techniques (3 hours)

Overview

The aim of these workshops is to explore the world of Imaging Processing and Deep Learning. Each workshop is repeated and explores the following topics

• Introduction to deep learning
• Why image processing is worth solving / potential applications.
• Tool box - Technical review of Keras, Tensorflow and Pytorch. Advantages and disadvantages. How to use them, evaluate performance and setup a model to train etc..
• Build a simple tool (facial recognition/object detector (CIFAR100 etc..)

Criteria

1. The workshops are aimed at people who already have a mid-level technical ability in data science, machine learning, deep learning and associated platforms.
2. You can choose ONE workshop ONLY and supply all relevant information on sign up
3. Each delegate will be issued with a ticket giving them access to the workshop
4. This ticket also includes a complimentary lunch and access to the Expo Hall
5. You MUST check in at the venue (Century City Conference Centre) on your allocated day
6. Workshop registration opens 9am 1st Floor
7. You MUST collect your pass & lunch ticket from the registration desk
8. Delegates without a ticket or pass will be refused access to Workshop & Expo.
