About this event

Join our San Francisco Bay group for a self-guided, urban hike through the Corona Heights neighborhood directly adjacent to the Castro! During this two-hour exploration of the Corona Heights neighborhood we'll explore the area's history and architecture. We'll venture through Corona Heights Hill, Buena Vista Park, and Mount Olympus for breathtaking views of the city, all while learning about the stories that shaped this vibrant district.

We will meet at Harvey Milk Park, right under the large Pride Flag, and begin the tour promptly at 2:00pm PT. Please arrive 15 minutes early so you don't miss us! Keep an eye out for the weather forecast and be sure to bring necessities like sunscreen, rain gear, and even water and snacks.

Following the two-hour tour, we'll gather for a happy hour in the Castro, starting at the historic Twin Peaks Tavern around 4:00pm PT. Please be sure to bring your ID and cash as some Castro Bars are cash only.

Register for Free

While the walking tour is free, we will limit attendance to 20 people so we can hike safely and efficiently as a group. Please register before the event using the link below.
