12:15 PM - 12:30 PM: Seated Yoga Session
Join us for a relaxing seated yoga session to center your mind and body, preparing you for a day of creativity and community led by Certified Yoga Instructor, Stacey Durant- Cabellero.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Wellness Panel Discussion
Engage with wellness experts as they share insights on holistic health, mindfulness, and self-care practices moderated by Coach, Consultant, Content Creator and Speaker, Courtnee Williams.

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Beauty Panel Discussion
Get inspired by beauty experts as they discuss the latest trends, tips, and techniques in hair, makeup, and skincare moderated by Licensed Cosmetologist & Painless Braid Expert and Artist, Karyne Tinord.

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Adobe Presentation
Don't miss this exclusive presentation by Adobe! Learn about the latest tools and techniques for digital creativity from Sr. Community Relationship Manager and Evangelist for Adobe Express, Elise Swopes.

2:30 PM - 3:15 PM: Open Mic Session
Share your voice and talent at our open mic session. Enjoy performances by Lynda Starr, Kae Hock, Kay Anthony and more.

3:15 PM - 3:45 PM: Cornbread Competition Judging
Taste and vote for the best cornbread creations. Cheer on the participants as the competition is judged by Co- Owner of Lips Cafe, Jamane Weekes, Popular Digital Creator and Food vlogger,  Creezyeats, and Hype Coach and Curvy influencer, Tejal Parekh. Where the winner will be awarded a limited time on 2 local restaurants( Lips Cafe and Lakou Cafe) menu and a cash prize! 

CORNBREAD COMPETITION JUDGING

3:45 PM - 4:15 PM: Low Impact HIIT Session
Get moving with a low impact HIIT workout led by fitness Coach Rea. Suitable for all fitness levels.

LOW IMPACT HIIT SESSION

4:15 PM - 4:45 PM: Community Conversation Circle
Join us in a heartfelt discussion to highlight and thank all those involved in making the THRIVE Festival possible. Share your experiences and connect with the community. With special message from Brooklyn Navy Yard. 

COMMUNITY CONVERSATION CIRCLE

4:45 PM - 6:00 PM: Dance Party
End the day on a high note with a vibrant dance party led by Vonecia Carswell, dance Instructor at SHAPE UP NYC. Celebrate, dance, and enjoy the community vibes!

DANCE AND THRIVE

Throughout the Day:
- Free Cornrow Braiding: Experience the artistry of painless braiders and get your hair styled.
- Hand Massages & Cornbread inspired Manicures: Relax and pamper yourself with wellness services sponsored by Lynn NewYork and Janet & Jo. nail polish. 
- Creative T-Shirt Design Workshop: Collaborate with Fashionably Fly to design your own custom T-shirts with unique and creative prints.
- Networking & Shopping: Connect with vendors and shop unique products from local artisans and entrepreneurs.
