On faith that the Horse Heaven Hills would be a promising grape-growing region, the passion of some of Washington's best-known winemakers and with the cooperation of area farmers, Canoe Ridge Vineyard went from a dream to reality starting in 1989. Its winery in Walla Walla followed in 1994.

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Join us at the Historic Canoe Ridge location to blend and cook! Our winemaker Haydn Mouat will be leading a blending seminar where you will create and label your own bottle of Canoe Ridge. Followed by a cooking class with Canoe Ridge Chef Sierra Grden where you will hand-make Gnocchi for dinner! Sides will be provided. Bring your spouse or your best friend!</P>
