Join us for Yoga, Brunch & Mimosas on the HG Rooftop!
Start off the morning with an invigorating Yoga class at 10:00 am, taught by CorePower Yoga. Followed by HG Sply Co Brunch & mimosas on the rooftop patio until 12:00 pm!
What to bring: Yoga Mat - Towel - Water - ID
$35 ticket includes yoga, HG Brunch & mimosas until 12:00 pm, and a raffle ticket for a chance to win fun prizes! $25 ticket for Corepower All Access Members (must bring proof of membership)
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled! The class will begin at 10:00 am.

Sculpt: When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine bodyweight exercises with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls.
