Friday Evening: The event officially begins with a dynamic sessions at 4:30 PM, followed by a keynote that will inspire and motivate you to achieve new heights in your career.
Saturday Sessions: A full day of sessions designed to provide practical insights and hands-on learning. Topics will cover everything from cycle, HIIT, strength training and mind-body approaches, helping you stay on top of the latest trends in fitness.
Networking Opportunities: Enjoy a boxed lunch, network with fellow fitness professionals, and connect with industry leaders throughout the day.
