Effective cueing is the secret sauce to an amazing class, one that requirers mindfulness, clarity and empathy. More than just telling our students what to do, artful cueing is about taking them on a journey of self-discovery so that we can craft a transformative experience from the inside out.
Add to your cueing toolkit with this interactive and movement inspired workshop. You’ll learn the purpose of a cue and how the cues we use can add to or detract from the class experience. You’ll also get a chance to refine your cues using the 6 Types of Cues and the 3-Step Process of Cueing so that you walk away with valuable tools to elevate your teaching.

Learn why strength training should be foundational for women’s well-being, how to effectively program for female athletes, and where gender-specific adjustments may be necessary for optimal results.
