CORE Trifecta
Overview

Get ready for CORE Trifecta. Grab your team of three and take on a 3-zone fitness challenge built to test strength, endurance, and teamwork.

You’ll move through three zones at CORE with runs around the building connecting each section. The goal is simple: complete all the work as a team and finish strong.

What to expect:

• 3 workout zones featuring cardio, strength, and functional movements
• .25-mile runs between zones with a team sandbell carry
• A mix of individual work and team-based reps
• A final .3-mile run to the finish line
• Teams start in scheduled waves, competing for the fastest overall time

What you’ll be doing:

• Rowing and ski erg work
• Dumbbell and kettlebell strength movements
• Sandbag lunges and burpee variations
• Team-based air bike effort
• Farmer’s carries and pushups
• Outdoor runs with a team carry

Event details:

• Teams of 3
• Only one team member is required to be a CORE member/staff
• Team Captain (must be a CORE member/staff) registers the team with one ticket
• Teams will compete in 1 of 5 scheduled start times
• Final placement is based on total completion time
