Core Float Trip 2017

The Core Brewing Facility is located at 2470 N Lowell Road in Springdale, and is the location of all Core sponsored events.  The campus consists of 4 buildings, extending from the road to the backside of the premesis. At our plant, we have a fully functional Brewery Taproom, with 16 taps and space for family games, such as pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. On a weekly basis, we host a wide variety of food trucks and live music, so that you get the full Core experience while drinking world-class beer and sletzer.

Join us on Core's 3rd Annual Float Trip for a weekend of beer, food, music, and the great outdoors! Must be 21+, and be sure to bring a valid ID.
The weekend will included, but not be limited to:
Beer
Canoeing down the beautiful Buffalo River
Mother Nature
Drinking games
Camping
Cornhole
Giant Jenga
Live music
(Drunken) dancing
Recovery mimosas
 
Tickets take care of the beer, water, food, entertainment, campsite cost, and canoe rental (if needed).
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Valid ID
Camping gear
River-friendly cooler for all that beer and water (won't fly open if tipped over in the river)
Life jackets and mesh trash bag (if you're bringing your own boat)
 
THE PLAN:
Friday, settle in for the evening of beer, food, and bonding with your campmates for the weekend.
Saturday, we'll be hitting the Buffalo River in the morning. Conveniently, it's pretty close to the campground. We'll be taking the group float just upstream from Gilbert. Depending on how fast we're moving, it'll take 5-6 hours. It ends at a private parking area, where we'll be picked up and shuttled back to the campground. That evening, there'll be live music, more beer, drinking games, and more.
Sunday, as the potential hangover kicks in, we'll have breakfast ready for you as everyone packs up, says their goodbyes, heads back out into the world.
 
REFUND POLICY:
If something comes up and you can't make it, no problem. Refund requests are available through your online Eventbrite ticket. If it's before June 1st, you will receive a 100% refund; after that though, refunds will be 50%.
 
THE LEGAL STUFF:
In obtaining a ticket for the Core Brewing's Annual Float Trip, you agree to the following:
"That I will fully participate in this float trip (the “Activity”) and understand that I am participating in this Activity at my own risk. That I am physically able to do any and all activities involved in the Activity and I have no medical problems which may be affected by these activities and any other activity at the Activity. During the Activity, I agree to monitor my participation and not exceed my own limits and I assume all risk for my condition in this Activity. I acknowledge that I assume all risk from any consequences due to any pre-existing physical or psychological conditions that I may have, either known or unknown. If I become aware of such a condition or problem during the Activity, I agree to contact my physician immediately.
That I will refrain from using or consuming any form of recreational and/or illegal drugs while in attendance at the Activity. Prescribed medications are permitted at participant’s own risk.
That in lawful consideration for participating in the Activity, I hereby agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns, guardians, personal representatives, executors and/or relatives will make any claim, file any lawsuit, attach the property of, or prosecute Core Brewing and Distilling Company, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, and any of its principals, officers, agents, employees, owners, managers, or any of their successors and assigns (collectively, “CBDC”), for any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Activity or other acts, however caused.
I agree to release and forever discharge CBDC from any and all such liability, responsibility, and obligation to me arising out of the Activity. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBDC from any and all liability, responsibility and obligation to me including, but not limited to, any liability resulting from my participation in the Activity, and acts which may occur during the Activity which may result in injuries to me. This agreement to indemnify and hold harmless CBDC extends to my heirs, assigns, guardians, personal representatives, executors and relatives, and extends to all costs of litigation, including attorneys’ fees. Furthermore, if I am an employee of CBDC I hereby acknowledge that my participation in the Activity does not constitute work performed within the scope of my employment with CBDC."
