About this event

Linda is a qualified personal trainer who founded SistaPT and leads exercise classes and programs across the ACT. Linda has a passion for providing exercise classes for those who don’t feel comfortable attending traditional gyms and are looking for small group classes. In our Core and Floor classes Linda will focus on helping you develop strength and conditioning, particularly in developing strong core and pelvic floor muscles. Join us, have fun and meet new friends!


  • Please bring a towel or a yoga mat to lie on - don't worry if you forget, we will have spares.
  • Make sure you arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and meet with Linda!
  • This centre is family friendly - there are toilets, change rooms, space for prams, and a kitchenette.
  • This room offers privacy and is a women-only space.
