Core Agendashift: Facilitating Outcome-Oriented Change is a 1-day workshop for Lean-Agile change agents who want to generate tangible results by guiding clients or colleagues to:

What is Agendashift?
<A HREF="https://www.agendashift.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Agendashift </A>is a modern, inclusive, and fundamentally outcome-oriented approach to organizational transformation. Its roots are in Lean-Agile but it remains framework-agnostic by intent and design. It is delivered via an online assessment-analytics tool, workshops, and follow-on assistance and training. It has been applied both inside and outside of IT and across diverse industries, both technology-centric and otherwise.
 
Who Should Attend?
The Core workshop is aimed at agents of organisational change at all levels of experience. Whilst the majority of attendees have been coaches and consultants, enterprise project/product managers and team/departmental leaders have found relevance and benefit.
 
Workshop Agenda 
In a safe, hands-on, immersive learning environment, you’ll practice the skills of outcome-centric change facilitation, as described in the book <A HREF="https://www.agendashift.com/book" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation</A>. You’ll learn to apply some powerful techniques from Clean Language, Lean Startup, A3, Cynefin, and Kanban.
Modeled on the Agendashift transformation framework, the workshop activities and content tracks with Agendashift stages:

<LI>Exploration – prioritizing areas for attention, generating outcomes, agreeing scope and approach</LI>
<LI>Mapping – building your transformation plan</LI>

<LI>Operation – organizing for continuous transformation</LI>

About the Presenter

Mike Burrows is known for pioneering the values model for the Kanban Method that led to his seminal book, <A HREF="https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23162381-kanban-from-the-inside" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kanban from the Inside</A>. Burrows' second book <A HREF="https://www.agendashift.com/book" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Agendashift: outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation</A> was published in May 2017. As founder of UK-based Positive Incline Ltd, Burrows specializes in leadership and change management with Lean, Kanban and Agile. Prior to his consulting career, Burrows was global development manager and Executive Director at a top tier investment bank, and IT Director for an energy risk management startup.
