We'll explore simple techniques to soothe your nervous system and develop a deeper connection with your body's innate wisdom.
We have everything that you will need for practice in our center -mats, blocks, straps + bolsters, but please feel free to bring your own if you perfer! This experience is FREE and open to everyone ages 18+.
