Raymond has been dedicated to the art of dance since 2007, with a rich background in both social dancing and teaching. Since 2009, he has specialized in instructing competitive Latin ballroom dance, wedding dance couples, and social dancers. His passion for dance extends beyond technique, focusing on helping individuals and couples build confidence, enhance communication, and deepen their connection through this transformative practice.

Dance, for Raymond and his partner Liz (The Embodied Realist), is not only an art form but a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional connection. Together, they guide couples through a meaningful practice that fosters intimacy, connection, and mutual understanding.

In addition to his dance expertise, Raymond is a Reiki Master, Reverend, and Spiritual Life Coach, further enriching his ability to support individuals on their personal and relational journeys.

Elizabeth Nygaard is an Empowerment and Intimacy Coach dedicated to helping women step into leadership and embody their fullest expression. Through her work, she guides individuals to harness their rage, embrace their emotions, and cultivate deep pleasure—allowing them to connect more fully with themselves, their spirit, and their relationships.

With a background in embodiment coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a passion for women’s empowerment, Elizabeth blends somatic practices, emotional alchemy, and spiritual connection to support those ready to claim their power. Whether through workshops, coaching, or her book on Sex Magick, she offers transformative tools for stepping into authenticity, setting powerful boundaries, and deepening intimacy.
