About this event

April 25th -- Managing Unexpected Change: Like death & taxes, change is inevitable, but often unwanted or uncomfortable. In this workshop learn the four stages of change, define your circles of control, and shift your mindset from resistance to acceptance.

May 23rd -- Coping with Depression: Develop an understanding of depression, learn how thoughts and behaviors impact depression, and learn some coping strategies that can help manage depression.

June 27th -- Conflict Resolution: Conflict is a necessary and normal part of life, but unresolved conflict can lead to tension, mistrust, and resentment. Learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict, practice active listening, and develop strategies for reaching consensus.
