Housebound kids? Remote learning? COVID worries? Do you need some ideas on handling your child’s emotions and what to do when he/she is having a meltdown? Join us to learn how to create a Cool Down Corner at home where your Pre-K to sixth-grade child can learn to self-soothe, calm down, and get back to the task at hand quickly. A Cool Down Corner is a simple and inexpensive way to teach your child self-regulation skills that they can continue to use into adulthood. (And adults can use this technique, too!)
