Paddlefish is an iconic restaurant, bar and special events venue located aboard a reimagined, modern and luxurious steamboat. Docked on the shores of Lake Buena Vista, Paddlefish is the only venue inDisney Springsto offer rooftop-level, waterfront seating. We are proud to celebrate and share the fresh seafood catches of our nations robust and abundant waters. Our nets and rods are cast wide from the gulf to the east and west coasts to capture the tastiest and safest fish we can showcase to our guests.

Join Executive Chef Steve Richard on the rooftop for our "Cooking For Mom" class. Chef will demonstrate simple techniques for guests to create restaurant quality items at home.
Saturday, May 26 | 12-2PM 45 dollars per person (all inclusive)
MENU: 
1st course Crab Louie Salad   Watercress, tomato, bacon, avocado
2nd course Braised Pork Shoulder    Miso, cauliflower puree
Dessert Chocolate Crème Brulee   Fresh raspberries
House red and white wine included. Additional alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
