COOKING with FRANs -is a biweekly cooking cohort of friends collaborating towards food sovereign systems of care hosted at Copper House on Detroit's Westside.

Facilited by Professional Chef Fran Lamarre

Cohort will be provided with a chef's uniform, supplies, & leave with a meal to take home. Each Cohort will make a collaborative meal during class.

Will I need to know how to cook already?

No. This is a learning environment catered to the groups needs. Cohorts will collaborate on learning, teaching, and growing together.

Should I bring anything?

You don’t have to but any resources that you think will be useful to bring to a collaborative learning environment will be greatly appreciated.

Are there any discounts?

Yes, we have 4 FREE spots available each cohort for comrades who are down to be hands on co-facilitators the day of each class.
