Cooking Under Pressure Workshop - CANCELLED

UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County

Do you have an electric cooker (Instant Pot®) or plan to get one and are not sure how to use it? This HANDS-ON class will cover: different pressure cooker models, applicance features, safety tips, additional equipment you can purchase, and tricks to make cooking a breeze. Participants will complete a recipe in an electric pressure cooker and sample different recipes.
The registration fee is $25.00 per participant.  Please pre-register by May 9th.  There will be no refunds for the registration fee.
