Cooking Class:Brewmaster Grilling 101

<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen will partner with Shamrock Foods to teach aspiring culinary masters how to prepare a <SPAN>five course meal</SPAN> on the grill. A cooking demonstration, taste testing, beer pairing and take home recipes will be provided for each dish. Take home recipes will include IPA Braised Beef Short Ribs and Grilled Shrimp & Grits with Chipotle-Porter Tomato Broth. Brewmaster Grilling 101 costs $40 (including gratuity) plus tax. Seating is limited to 32 and will be available on a first come, first served basis. </SPAN></P>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN><I>First Course: Burrata with fig balsamic glaze, grilled watermelon and peaches, arugula, granola, roasted fennel and watermelon vinaigrette. Served with seasoned pita. Paired with Watermelon Ale. </I></SPAN></H3>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><I><SPAN>Second Course: Smoked large Pacific oysters. Smoked over IPA infused briquettes with herbs, and  roasted garlic. Served with IPA shallot and herb mignonette and ginger-lime relish. Paired with Goldwater Birthday Suit IPA.</SPAN></I></H3>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><I><SPAN>Third Course: Beef short rib braised in Camelback IPA, and grilled root veg and potatoes. Paired with Camelback IPA.  </SPAN></I></H3>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><I><SPAN>Fourth Course: Grilled shrimp and grits- Grilled shrimp skewers with Iberico chorizo, Chipotle-Porter beer tomato broth, and creamy grits with Irish Stout Cheddar. Served with buttery toast points. Paired with Ironwood Porter. </SPAN></I></H3>
