An Italian-inspired summer feast where Colorado’s best takes center stage. In this 2 hr, hands-on cooking class, you’ll prepare three delicious courses featuring Palisade Peaches, Great Range Bison, and Olathe Sweet Corn.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
Appetizer: Palisade peach bruschetta with Colorado-grown heirloom tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
Entrée: Bison meatballs with pappardelle pasta, marinara, and fresh parmesan cheese
Dessert: Olathe sweet corn cannolis dipped in white chocolate and toasted coconut

Age Requirements: This class is for ages 18+
What To Expect:
- Classes are limited to 12 students.
- Generally speaking, you will work with other students in groups of 4.
- You will be standing and working for most of the class.
- Please have long hair tied back and wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes.
- I’m unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this particular class.
- This is an alcohol-free event. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
- Classes take place in a high school culinary arts room. Equipment and supplies are residential-grade and approachable to home cooks.
Giving Back: A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the school.
