About this event

  • 2 hours

Sustinable Solano's local food team welcomes Art Swenson, co-author of The Filipino Instant Pot Cookbook, for an engaging hands-on cooking class that combines culture, food and everyone's favorite kitchen tool for creating both traditional and modern Filipino dishes. Mr. Swenson is a second-generation Filipino American and well-practiced home cook with a profound love for the Filipino food he grew up with. Working with local, seasonal ingredients, participants will make select recipes from the cookbook and enjoy dinner together at the end. The Filipino Instant Pot Cookbook can be purchased at Alibi Bookshop (624 Marin Street in Vallejo) and autographed at the class!

$15 per person.

Space is limited to 10 tickets!
