Cooking Class: Canning and Preserving

Come join us at The Bottom for our first class in our series of 5 cooking classes in 2025! We want to ensure that our growers can actually prepare, cook, and eat the food coming out of home gardens. We will be covering the basics of safe canning and preserving in this class!
