Cooking Camp Week 1 Morning Session will take place August 12-16 from 8am- 12 noon.
This is the perfect camp for young chefs of all skill sets ranging in ages 7-14. Chef Burch teaches at Havre de Grace High School and is well versed in adapting lessons to fit the individual needs of each student. If your child falls outside of the recommended age range, don't hesitate to email us and discuss options prior to registration.
Your young chef will have the opportunity to make many delicious foods such as: coffee cake, pasta, monkey bread, pizza and brownies. On Monday they will discuss what they will make and give their input. They will work on basic measurements, proper food handling, safety, and more. They will create a recipe book that they will take home on Friday.
Each session will have a different menu. If you choose to have your child attend both the AM & PM sessions, please pack a lunch. They will have a 1 hour lunch break with Chef Burch as we prepare for the afternoon session.
