Linda will welcome you into their mountain-top retreat surrounded by nature—which, wherever you look will be a beautiful vignette or view. Then award-winning Chef Ted will introduce you to the overall theme.

Learn the secrets to making a shepherd’s pie plus a sticky, toffee pudding.

You’ll learn culinary tips and tricks, and you'll eat a traditional Celtic meal made with wholesome Vermont ingredients.

  • Contact us to change to another date or time. We also have other cooking experiences to choose from and we can most likely modify a lesson to suit your dietary needs.
  • A two-person minimum is preferred, but contact us as we may have other singles on a waitlist.
  • In winter a 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires may be necessary. Alternatively we can pick you up on Route 4.
