May 1st- Chef Dina Altieri and renowned wine expert Lizbeth Congiusti – MOTHER'S DAY PERFECTION, ITALIAN STYLE – The Altieri Family Manicotti – This accomplished chef and veteran educator will show you how to prepare a classic marinara sauce and manicotti using crepes as the "sleeves" to encase the savory cheese filling. This is her family's iconic recipe, passed down from generations of grandmothers and mothers in her family, as she celebrates the impact of traditional recipes in the home. Wine expert and Dame Lizbeth Congiusti will then share her expertise on the types of wines that will best underscore and support those stunning manicotti.
