Kaushik Dey has a rich IT experience of 17 years across diverse projects in Consulting, System Integration and Product Development roles across Americas, Europe and South Asia regions representing companies like IBM and Ericsson. In his current role at Ericsson, Kaushik heads the Business Intelligence/Analytics Practice in Ericsson where he is responsible for delivery of Global Analytics projects, Sales enablement and Solutioning, Competency build and Innovation initiatives in the domain of Advanced Analytics, Big Data and BI technologies. In collaboration with MapR and Open source communities, he has been instrumental in exploring and developing some new concepts and next-gen solutions which would have a promising leverage in IoT industries in coming days . His domain plays a pivotal role in the “Digital Transformation Group” of Ericsson, enabling transformative disruptions across Telco and IOT customers around the globe. Under his leadership, the practice has successfully delivered major transformation projects, worldwide.

Aswin James Christy - Talend

Aswin James Christy leads the technical sales for Talend in India. Prior to Talend he was leading the Subscription business for our dearest friend- Informatica and was consulting on award winning Data Management initiatives with Indian customers on Sales engagements for Informatica and SAS. Aswin, is a pure Data Management guy, having worked all his career on Data Management roles. Aswin serves as a trusted advisor for customers as part of their Data Initiatives and is currently looking for partners for joint solutions that can be taken to the market in India!

Derek Judge, Senior Director, APAC - MapR

Derek Judge

Derek Judge is the Senior Director, APAC for MapR Technologies. In this role, Derek works with MapR’s extensive partner community to deliver enterprise solutions that drive real business value, based on the MapR Hadoop distribution.

With over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, Derek has covered many roles, from programmer to consultant, in presales, sales and implementation, for a range of industries in Europe and Asia Pacific – but always with a common theme of business intelligence, analytics, and deriving value from data. He is excited to now find himself at the heart of another chapter in incredible growth story of analytics – with the arrival of Big Data and the Internet of Things.
