The CONTROL event is a one-day mindset and skill development course that equips civilians with the skills and tools developed and refined in the special operations community to enhance performance in all walks of life. Each attendee should expect to engage in physical activity throughout the day, will learning specific mindset skills to manage stress, that can be actionable in everyday life. Get ready to push yourself mentally/physically and learn tools to increase your performance.Each attendee will receive a Ten Thousand Shirt.Each attendee will need the following: Athletic attire (shirt, shorts, shoes), water bottle, notepad/pen, sunscreen/hat (if desired). No cost to attend, lunch will not be provided, there will be an hour lunch break with a food truck on site.
