Contract Basics

A program of the Valley Economic Development Center, The Entrepreneur Center offers businesses subsidized co-working spaces in the San Fernando Valley. The Center was newly built in 2015 and has many amenities for low-cost. It is an excellent way to get your business started at a low start-up cost. Low-cost meeting spaces are also available for community events.

This presentation covers an overview of forming and enforcing a contract, describes basic contract terms, what happens when someone breaks a contract, plus practical pointers to bear in mind.
