In this class, we will explore the properties of contour line drawing. This drawing technique is the base for learning to draw from observation. This class will not focus on a finished product but on learning the process and practicing the tools you learn.
As a former art educator, Cat Widner worked in the classroom of public ed for 8 years. She is passionate about spreading the knowledge of craft and allowing access to folx to create. Cat earned her BFA in printmaking and drawing in 2013 and holds a Master’s degree in teaching.
