About Brian Mondavi Borger

Brian Mondavi Borger, the son of Marcia Mondavi Borger and Tom Borger, represents the fourth generation of the Mondavi family’s renowned winemaking tradition. Raised in New York City, Brian developed an early love for Napa Valley during family visits, where he helped his cousins in the cellar at the Robert Mondavi Winery.

He studied economics and psychology at Pomona College before exploring roles in marketing within culinary technology and e-commerce apparel. In 2010, his passion for wine deepened while working a vintage at Continuum Estate.

In 2017, Brian returned to Napa to join his family’s mission of crafting focused, terroir-driven wines at Continuum Estate. His journey expanded in 2020 when he collaborated with his cousins to create Sentium, marking the Mondavi family’s return to white-wine production. Engaged in both vineyard and cellar, Brian continues to refine the art of fine winemaking.

After contributing to sales analytics, marketing, and the launch of Sentium, Brian now oversees sales for the Central United States and is excited to share Continuum wines with guests at this special dinner.
