An invitation to explore meditation through both stillness and movement.

Each session includes sitting meditation, gentle solo movement, open space for shared movement or observation, and a brief closing reflection. This is not choreography and it is not a performance. It is a practice of noticing the body, the mind, and the present moment.Everyone is welcome. No dance experience is needed. Participants may move, sit, pause, observe, or rest at any time. Contact with others is always optional, and simply watching with care is considered full participation.Please wear comfortable clothing. Bare feet or soft shoes are recommended.Come as you are.There is a side entrance to the building that is accessible from the parking lot. Come in through that door and you'll be in the dojo where the practice takes place. :)
