WHO WE AREThe Connecticut Captive Insurance Association (CTCIA) was founded in 2011 to provide a forum focused on captive insurance programs and facilities in the State of Connecticut. Its members include captive insurance industry leaders, professional service providers, captive insurance owners, academia, and other interested professionals. Captive insurance provides alternative approaches to the traditional insurance markets addressing cost, coverage, capacity and control for commercial organizations and, at the same time, facilitates the practices and processes of operational and enterprise risk management. CTCIA is committed to collaboration, education, innovation, outreach and advocacy for this expanding and evolving industry.

<p>Join us for this special, educational session about captive insurance tailored specifically to the construction industry on September 22nd from 3:00 - 4:00 pm.</p><p>This one-hour, educational webinar, led by Christopher Gallo, Managing Director of CIC Services and Chris Jackson, Partner at Marcum,  will feature  a "Captive 101" which will include an overview of captive insurance, the pros and cons of captive formation, and a firsthand discussion about forming and managing a captive. Hear firsthand from Frank Ferrucci,  Vice President of F&F Mechanical Enterprises, about how his company utilizes a captive, and how he determined that a captive was the right solution.</p>
