This Consciousness Workshop is part of a larger Transformative Journey to Inner Peace. Abigail has developed these methods on a unique personal journey exploring the ever-changing human condition. The PEACE framework steps through a scientific method of Prepare, Explore, Analyze, Commit, and Embody to find your "Sukha".
