Consciousness and Creativity

Join us for a unique gathering with interdisciplinary artist and healer Artis Moon, at Take Five Meditation, Washington, D.C.'s premiere meditation-only studio in Dupont Circle. Come explore the connection between consciousness and creativity.

Artis will guide you through a meditation experience with full sound bath and offer suggested meditation techniques and visualizations to 'try at home' for inspiration or creative breakthroughs.

This soul-soothing session will ride out the full moon vibes from earlier in the week, incorporating breath work, energetic release, intention-setting, visualization, journaling, drawing, grounding into the physical body, and aura cleansing. Facilitated by the healing sounds and vibrations of wooden flute, drums, rattles, and crystal and metal singing bowls, and chimes, Artis will lovingly guide you on a journey of discovery, back home to your Self.

Bring water and a journal if you wish. Writing and drawing materials will also be provided. No experience necessary!
