About this event

  • 8 hours

Join us for a full day of professional leadership development and transformative connection as we engage in conversations, activities, and a positive growth-mindset.

As dynamic leaders we must challenge inefficient standards of care, productivity, and progress and re-build for a healthier, more sustainable workforce.

Progress requires the courageous task of understanding how trauma, toxic stress, and racial inequity impact health, behavior and performance.

Gain insight and tools for promoting increased wellbeing, employee satisfaction and retention, conflict resolution and empowered leadership.

Please join us for a day of training that will provide the following outcomes.

Course Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the impact that toxic stress has on behavior and health.
  • Learn trauma-informed de-escalation and conflict resolution skills for managing high-stress situations.
  • Learn integrative skills for developing professional resilience and optimal program development.

Get ready to engage and interact - it will make you laugh as much as it will make you think!
